My antenatal and hypnobirthing classes aim to answer those questions and give you the practical knowledge, proven techniques and the calm confidence to make your birth feel less daunting and more exciting.

You’ll learn how labour works, ways to stay comfortable and in control, and the newborn basics to make those first days easier. Birth partners will leave knowing how important their role is and feeling confident about stepping up when it matters most.

I’m Lily, a mum of two boys on a mission to help families have a positive and empowering experience as they prepare for their birth, babies, and beyond.

After my first birth resulted in an emergency caesarean, I was determined to have a different experience when I became pregnant with my second just under a year later. Despite attending an antenatal course during my first pregnancy, I still felt unprepared when labour began. This prompted me to immerse myself in learning about birth and its processes. Throughout this journey, I have discovered a deep passion for birth education. I’m proud to say I achieved a successful VBAC (vaginal birth after caesarean) and experienced a significantly more positive birth outcome.
This inspired me to pursue training as an antenatal educator and hypnobirthing practitioner, with the goal of providing families with the knowledge and tools to ensure the best start for their babies.

I’m deeply passionate about antenatal education being accessible to everyone & the many benefits it offers. That’s why I’m committed to offering a gifted spot in each of my antenatal courses—whether for an individual or a couple. Rest assured, all nominations will remain completely anonymous within the group. My hope is to make a positive impact on as many families in our community as possible.
